Organic Ceremonial Grade Green Tea Matcha Review #OrganicCeremonialGradeMatcha

I love to drink green tea but Matcha tea is the best. I had the opportunity to try this organic matcha cermonial grade tea recently.  This is a matcha directly from Japan. You can drink it with just hot water or you can use it as part of a recipe like in a smoothie. The company has even taken the time to create a lovely recipe guide that tons of other ways to enjoy your Matcha tea. But this type of Matcha itself is best for drinking because of its sweeter, and smoother taste

There are tons of Matcha powders in the market today but this one is quite special. You will know it when you first taste it too. It is so sweet and smooth. It tastes fresh with no aftertaste. This Matcha is grown in the top tea-producing Shizuoka region of Japan which is recognized by the United Nations as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System.

this organic Matcha is crafted by a certified organic family-owned Japanese tea farm that has been operating since 1915, run by the same family for over 3 generations. That is over 100 years of organic farming experience!  I really like that.

If you are not familiar with it, Matcha is a fine powdered form of shade grown green tea leaves. This means you consume the entire leaf providing your body and mind with a maximum concentration of Polyphenols and EGCG. They are full of healthy anti-oxidants. One serving provides up to 137 times the anti-oxidants of brewed green tea. They also use 100% first harvest tea leaves in this organic Matcha also known as Sae Midori cultivar.

This Organic Ceremonial Grade Green Tea Matcha provides mild, steady energy for your body since it acts both as a stimulant and a relaxant. This is ideal for focusing even when your day gets extremely hectic like mine.  An exciting fact is that consuming matcha green tea can increase thermogenesis (how you burn calories) from a normal 8%-10% to between 35% and 43% of daily energy expediture.  It truly gives you that afternoon metabolism boost but in a healthy way.

Data has shown that Matcha Green Tea can even support the skin against skin damage from harmful UV rays. Drinking green tea and especially organic green tea can also support improved blood flow and oxygen levels which can contribute to the overall quality of the skin.  That is one of the reasons I started drinking it a few years ago. I think you need to make sure you drink it regularly to see benefits which makes sense.  Antioxidants are essential as you age to support your body's natural defenses against oxidation. I would rather drink a freshly brewed cup of Matcha tea to get healthy energy each day versus some of those energy drinks out there.  This tastes great and is a snap to brew up with hot water. No sugar or sweetener needed.

You can find this great Organic Matcha right on Amazon for super easy shopping anytime.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
